When the opportunity came to join Dye & Durham UK as Managing Director, I saw something different - an organisation with the scale and experience to make a real impact on legal professionals and with an appetite to keep improving.

These are respected firms with decades of knowledge and customer relationships. My role is to work with the team to bring all of that together under one platform, one brand and one clear focus.
